About Attorney Andrew J. Spinnell
Andrew J. Spinnell began practicing law in 1983. A former college professor, he holds a Ph.D in philosophy and education from Columbia University. That experience provides him with an unbeatable eloquence in presenting legal arguments, an effectiveness and efficiency with time management and excellent writing skills that time and again have allowed him to craft winning legal arguments in front of lawyers, judges and juries throughout New York City and the surrounding areas.
Early in his legal career, Andrew J. Spinnell distinguished himself by presenting an argument in a personal injury case that permitted deposition testimony to be taken out of turn before the party died. The news made the front page of The New York Law Journal, as have five of Attorney Spinnell's other cases.
Mr. Spinnell is a member of various City and State bar associations and the New York State and American Association for Trial Lawyers. He is featured in "Who's Who in American Law" and is the current Vice President and past president of his condominium board in New York City.
